QUESTIONS FRÉQUEMMENT POSÉES

ÉCOLES

  • Is there a fee for using .build your future services?
No, our services are completely free. You are never going to be asked to pay for anything.
  • What type of organisations can host interns?
We offer our services to organisations in the public, private and third sectors. The only exceptions are EU bodies and EU institutions, as they are not eligible to become host organisations.
  • What countries are eligible for the program?
All EU Member States (Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden) are eligible. Eligible non-EU program countries are the Republic of North Macedonia, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Turkey, Norway and Serbia. Any organisation based in one of these countries is eligible to host an intern. Organisations based in the United Kingdom continue to be eligible until the end of 2020.
  • Who pays the interns?
The European Commission offers Erasmus+ Traineeship grants for traineeships. Depending on the living costs of the country where the traineeship takes place, grants vary between 270 and 720 euros a month. We encourage organisations to contribute to the interns' salary as much as they can. Sometimes as little as public transport tickets or meal vouchers can have a big impact on an intern's budget.
  • What's the duration of the internships?
An internship must be at least 2 months long, while the maximum length is 12 months. In order to secure maximum benefits both for organisations and interns, we recommend a duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • What is expected from my organisation?
You need to ensure that you are offering a quality internship. We strongly recommend organisations to read and comply with the European Quality Charter on Internships & Apprenticeships created by the European Youth Forum.
  • What is the Erasmus+ program?
If you are interested to learn more about the Erasmus+ program, please refer to the European Commission's website.
  • I have more question. How can I contact you?
